Train the Trainer Fall 2025 Edition- BEGINS WITH A KICKOFF CALL ON September 4. All details on the course dates are listed within the course syllabus linked below.

If you answered yes to any of the above, then SITE’s Train the Trainer program is for you! SITE has partnered with The Institutes to provide you with a valuable industry-recognized certification. Payment for this session is accepted electronically and via check.

Patrick Wraight

Patrick Wraight is a seasoned insurance professional with a wealth of experience in the industry. He currently serves as the Director of Education at Insurance Journal's Academy of Insurance. Patrick began his career as a commercial underwriter for an MGA, specializing in niche markets such as fire departments, ambulance companies, and home medical equipment dealers. His passion for teaching led him to design and implement a new underwriter training program, and he later became a trainer at one of Florida’s largest property insurers. Patrick is a prolific writer, contributing numerous articles to Insurance Journal and My New Markets, and co-authoring the book "Risk-Proof Your Business - The Complete Guide to Smart Insurance Choices". He is also a sought-after speaker, having presented at various industry events nationwide. His dedication to lifelong learning is evident through his collection of industry designations, including CPCU, ITP, CIC, and CRM. 
Outside of his professional life, Patrick enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time with his family, and serving SITE for many years as a board member. Patrick was awarded SITE's prestigious loyalty award at the 2025 SITE Conference in Nashville. 

Michael Koscielny, MBA, CPCU, CIC, ARe, AIC, API, AIS, AINS, is a seasoned insurance professional with over 40 years of experience in the industry. He is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Born2Lead, LLC, where he focuses on cultivating leadership, mentoring, educating and giving back. Michael has held numerous prestigious roles, including Director of Marketing for Graduate Programs at The University of Olivet and past global president of the CPCU Society Leadership Council.  Mike currently serves as an adjunct professor for the University of Olivet and leads the next generation of insurance industry professionals in risk management and insurance education, after he "retired" for all of 38 seconds from his 40-year career in the insurance industry. Mike is a storyteller. Teaching through stories and coaching are just some of his superpowers, his openness and willingness to share makes him a "builder of leaders".  Mike is not only a leadership instructor, but he also conducts many technical insurance programs to help professionals remain relevant in an ever-changing insurance marketplace. He has published articles, given presentations, and authored his first book, "Born2Lead: Lessons in Leadership" in 2023, and another book in 2024 called "Layoffs Suck!" His passion for the industry is evident in his commitment to continuous learning and giving of his time to leading insurance professional organizations, like the Society of Insurance Trainers and Educators, where he currently serves as President.  Outside of his professional life, Michael enjoys reading, woodworking, and spending time with his grandchildren, and teaching. His diverse interests and dedication to lifelong learning make him a respected and influential figure in the insurance community.
