Please join us for our upcoming webinar, Conflicts in Training.
Every trainer encounters conflict at some point—but how we handle it makes all the difference. This session will explore three of the most common areas where conflicts arise:

  • Conflicts with ourselves – the self-doubt, stress, or uncertainty that can impact our confidence as trainers.

  • Conflicts with management – when leadership expectations don’t align with training needs or goals.

  • Conflicts with trainees – the classroom challenges that can disrupt learning and create tension.

Through real-world examples and practical strategies, we’ll uncover ways to navigate these conflicts, build stronger communication, and transform challenges into opportunities for growth. Whether you’re new to training or a seasoned professional, you’ll leave with tools to approach conflict with confidence and purpose.

The webinar will be September 19th at Noon EST -- click on the Zoom link below to join!
