Gregg Golson brings more than 20 years of experience in claims management, marketing, and consulting within the insurance industry. His career is built on a strong foundation of hands-on expertise, having handled over 12,500 claims, including 350 large-loss claims across 13 states, and serving as a CAT claims leader or team lead for 39 catastrophe events.

A proven problem-solver and servant leader, Gregg is known for building strong teams, achieving results, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. He successfully led an independent adjusting firm for seven years, maintaining a 100% client retention rate.

Gregg is a published author, a well-known presenter at industry conferences, and currently serves as Director of Conference for SITE. Most recently, he brought his engaging and memorable style to the PLRB Conference—where even a topic like pumpkin pie became a standout learning experience.
